In this fast changing internet world, there is always something new - some really helpful and some not so great.
4) Make the most of your blogs and web pages with an opt-in box in a very visible spot. Request your readers' email address in exchange for a free report, e-book or newsletter. You can then notify them of new updates and offers. This opt-in box builds your list and opens the door to opportunities to make money because this is a very targeted list.
5) Join social bookmarking sites to share favorite web sites with one another. Just "tag" to your blog posts and readers will be able to bookmark your site in their account. Digg is one of the popular social bookmarking sites. I like Onlywire. It takes a bit of effort to set up because there are a dozen or more social sites to join and then add your membership info to OnlyWire. Once you're set up, it only takes a minute to submit your blog posts and articles to all these various social networking sites in one easy step.
