The easiest way that to earn a substantial online income is through Affiliate Marketing.
You will simply be promoting other peoples products. This is an ideal work from home opportunity, which can be highly lucrative. Plenty of help is available.
How will you promote other peoples products? By writing articles, posting blogs, posting on forums etc. Anyone who you send to the merchants site might buy their product, sign up for their course, book their flight etc. You will then receive commission from the merchant.
Sounds easy, but you do need to study what you are doing and collect as much information as you can along the way. There is a lot of information and help available online.. So how does someone make money online through Affiliate Marketing?
1. Find your market. Especially, find a niche market. This is the term given to products that are in demand, but have little supply competition.
2. Once you find a niche, sign up with an Affiliate Agent. Commission Junction, Webgains and Clickbank are recommended. From these you can obtain individual personalized links to the products.
3. Write articles detailing how to solve the readers problems...i.e. by following your link to the site of the product.
4. Post multiple (different) articles (to EzineArticles, GoArticles etc) all linking to the Merchants sites.
5. It's better to promote higher priced items with larger commissions, also many have recurring payments which is better.
6. Use your blog (or set one up for free at blogger.com ) for promotion
7. Repeat.
8. Repeat.
9. Repeat......you get the picture.
